Will Hoover Park be ready for Baseball season?
Sports, posted by Little League Parent, a resident of Another Palo Alto neighborhood, on Feb 27, 2008 at 4:05 pm

Does anyone know if Hoover Park will re-open soon? The last time I drove past it looked very much closed and I hope that it will be ready for our new Baseball season. It was very much missed at fall ball and El Camino is by far an inferior venue.

Hoover has been closed for some time, in order to make major repairs. However, this does not stop all the dog owners from running their dogs there (off leash, as usual). This means that that the newly planted grass will be affected.

I don't know about the LL field, but I now see that they are working on it. Weather is a big issue, so you might try to be patient. However, there is no excuse for the dog owners.
