Worst of storms over, but more rain expected
Crimes & Incidents, posted by Editor, Palo Alto Online, on Jan 5, 2008 at 8:27 pm

The worst of several severe winter storms passed over the Bay Area Friday, but don't expect to see stars in the night sky until at least Thursday, weather experts say.

It looks like the worst is over until more rains come.

We need to be more prepared. I don't like being a sitting duck...we'll survive together.

San Francisquito JPA has done jack since it was formed.

The worst is over? You could have fooled me. Apart from a break this morning and another break late afternoon, I consider what we are experiencing today pretty bad. Just try driving on 101 in the thunder and lightening we had today, not very pleasant.

Where is Adobe Creek? I can't find that specific info anywhere on the net except that it is at Shoreline Park. Where does it run along in PA? Thanks!

Does anyones water look more aerated after the storm? The reason I ask is I work downtown and on Charleston Rd.

At both work and home it appears more aerated. Then a co-worked who also lives in Palo Alto said the same thing about their water.

So, I have three rather subjective accounts, so far.

Yup, ours is more aerated too. Doesn't bother me, just an observation.
