I'm very proud to say this column was written by my sister, a brave and tireless worker for justice, mutual respect, and peace. May your courage inspire a thousand people to work for peace in the world.

I just don't understand the age old habit of hating someone based on their religious belief.
What is the possible effect on me if you believe that "Gods" name is Abraham or Mohamed or Buddha or Jesus or Zeus or even the Silver Surfer.
I just don't understand wishing harm to someone based on their idea of what God is.

Palo Alto Weekly Holiday Fund

For the last 23 years, the Palo Alto Weekly Holiday Fund has given away more than $4 million to local nonprofits serving children and families. When you make a donation, every dollar is automatically doubled, and 100% of the funds go directly to local programs. It’s a great way to ensure your charitable donations are working at home.
