Police identify victim in Tuesday night shooting

The San Mateo County coroner's office has identified Ricardo Zamora Salinas, 23, of Oakland, as the man killed in a triple-shooting Tuesday night in East Palo Alto.

Sounds like drugs and gangs again, like when EPA was the murder capital of US in the 90s.

I wonder if the recent incident at Bryant and 200 block of Tennyson was a spill over of these activities into to our town.

Palo Alto has always had its own dangerous crimes, and not all of the perpetrators are involved with EPA.

A lot of Palo Alto's crimes are committed by meth addicts, both from PA and outlying cities. Do your research before you make uninformed comments. Your NIMBY attitude is ignorant.

We all miss you Ricardo, Everytime i remember you tears come out of my eyes because i remember we were like family we grew up together and just for the fact that you are not here with us makes me sad and here's a lil poem from me to you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
