More Rotten Eggs
Crimes & Incidents, posted by the_resident, a resident of the Duveneck/St. Francis neighborhood, on Sep 20, 2007 at 10:44 pm

I was interested to read the letter to the editor from the person talking about having to wash egg off their car yet again.

I’m just curious to know if anyone else has noticed a rise in this problem lately? In talking with our neighbors, we found that many of us have found our cars were “egged” during the night in the North Palo Alto area. Most recently Channing, Edgewood, and Hamilton.

It’s happening a little too often in my opinion. Not a huge crime thing of course, but certainly annoying.

If it is neighborhood kids as the letter writer suggests, my sympathy for the overly stressed out students of Palo Alto just went down a notch.

Wow, eggs. What a threat!

Take a visit down to south Palo Alto, where we have graffiti covering our cars, homes, and businesses.

We would welcome a nice organic egging, that can be removed with the garden hose.
