I got plenty big after years in the gym, but I didn't get truly fit until I left the gym and started working out outside. Now I find I don't even have the need for them on rainy days anymore either since rain gear has gotten so much better. Everyone's story is unique though. Definitely in the rehabilitation arena, they can provide a sheltered, very safe/controlled environment.

We pay high property costs for good schools so you betcha we use them. We pay high property costs for our amazing year round weather too, but I'm surprised so many take it for granted and so few take advantage of it regularly.
Too each his own.

We had a wonderful ladies gym in Midtown called Butterfly Life. The rent was put up and it was forced to close. It is a shame, because there is nothing like it and Curves is very different.
