Stanford products lead U.S. water polo teams

The U.S. men's and women's national teams, each loaded with Stanford products, made their final preparations for the upcoming water polo competition at the FINA World Championships this weekend by compiling 2-1 records in their respective tournaments over the weekend.

The first sentence in this article says so much more than intended. "The U.S. men's and women's national teams, each loaded with Stanford products, made their final preparations for the upcoming water polo competition at the FINA World Championships this weekend by compiling 2-1 records in their respective tournaments over the weekend." All this time, I've been thinking that the players were people.
