PAPD originally described the perp as a tall skinny white male with a large scar next to his right eye. This mug shot fits the description pretty well. He is suspected of at least 2 armed robberies reported in Palo Alto, and apparently numerous crimes elsewhere in the Bay Area.

Vague accusations and depictions by race/ethnicity are an indicator of bias and low intelligence.

Most suspect descriptions in police press release releases are vague depictions by race/ethnicity (plus height and weight). Are you accusing the police of catching this guy by racial profiling?

Anyone know what kind of guns this guy had? Were they legal or illegal? Would a better background check have prevented these crimes?
