Andra Keay is bullish on the future of robotics but thinks that its very success could make the term "robot" obsolete.

there are individuals who behave more like robots than humans. whatever happened to artificial intelligence from back in the 1980s? this brings up a slew of conceptual thinking. maybe it is better to be non-human. are there aliens amongst us and we don't even know it?
