Stanford football receives commitment from top tight end

Stanford football may lose two top tight ends to the NFL this year, but those losses could be offset by the commitment of De La Salle High's Austin Hooper, a 6-5, 240-pound defensive end/tight end who was recruited for offense.

gene washington is appearing in a tv commercial. there were glory seasons for stanford football. there is a newer stadium at stanford. it would be good to return to earlier seasons when there were top-notch coaches and teams. best of luck to stanford athletics. what a wonderful tradition of successes

This is good news for Stanford. And why would the young man not want the benefits of the kind of education Stanford provides?
