CITY COUNCIL ... The council plans to consider approving a pilot residential collection policy for compost; hear a "Year in Review" presentation from the city manager; and consider the next steps for the partnership between the city and the Yangpu District of China. The closed session will begin at 6 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 17. Regular meeting will follow in the Council Chambers at City Hall (250 Hamilton Ave.).

PULLEAZE do not get us into a partnership with China. It looks as bad as if we were in a partnership with Iran! Given the lack of freedom, the human rights abuses, the criminal government ( why do you think so many Chinese nationals have moved HERE???), we look like we are supporting their immorality and criminality by having any sort of partnership with any place in China! DO NOT DO THIS!!!

China doesn't even care if they poison their own children, much less ours. Have a conscience, PULLEAZE!
