What manly gang members, attacking a 13 year old! I hope they enjoy their time in lock up.

They say the U.S. has the most people locked up behind bars of any country in the world ... but what else are we to do when we keep producing criminals like this that it takes a few seconds to create but a lifetime to manage and huge amounts of money to allocate to the finding, prosecuting and incarceration of? What else have these people done in their lives that might be unaware of that costs money and heartache to the rest of the public?

What kind of sleazy cretin sexually attacks a 13 year old girl, and just what are we supposed to do with this person for the rest of their life? I doubt they will ever get any better or be productive in their lives ... so just how many ticking time bombs do we have living among us, how do we find them, and what are we supposed to do with them?

Good to hear this! Chances are they are gully of a lot of other things, too.

Glad to know they are out of society before they do even. Ore damage to even more people.
