Looking for witness to car accident - Safeway truck hit a small car

I was involved in a car accident on Wednesday, November 28 at about 11:20 am on Embarcadero near Middlefield. My car stops at the red light, then hit by Safeway’s long wheel truck. I need any person that saw it to come forward as soon as possible! – emaiL: junglesmithspace@yahoo.com Thank You.
