"Playing for Keeps" is entirely undemanding, mostly unrealistic, not at all funny, and curiously disconnected, with supporting characters that are plot functions rather than people. -- PC

Gerard Butler's movies are pretty vacuous ... he is the male side of the dumb-blonde.

Bumb, but rich I guess, people never seem to tire of watching this nonsense.
