Boehner got 98% what he wanted - why are we doing this dance again?
Issues Beyond Palo Alto, posted by Lucy, a resident of Menlo Park, on Dec 5, 2012 at 10:12 am

John Boenher August 2011 " When you look at this final agreement that we came to with the white House, I got 98 percent of what I wanted. I'm pretty happy. "

Why are we doing this dance again? Just so Boenher can be a stick in the mud again and be happy because he's in the news?

Boehner lost 8 seats in the House. Obama won 51-47, with a 5 million vote margin of victory, 332 - 206.

What gives? Is it just a slow news week? The markets are fine - they get it.

Boehner got his 98%. Tax rates return to Clinton era rates on January 1, just what Boehner asked for. We get Boehner's spending cuts on January 1.

Let's move on and fix this country. Let's fix immigration. Let's fix the jobs crisis. Boehner told us "Elections have consequences"

Let's go.

Go bak to Clintons rates, back to Clinton spending.

23 million new jobs like Clinton, will fix all revenue deficits.

Cut military spending a trillion? Heck yeah! They doubled defense spending since a dozen Saudis attacked us with box cutters. Time to give the military a haircut.
