Gas station

Does anyone know what happened to the midtown gas station on Middlefield road, next to Matadero creek ?

It has been closed for a couple of years now.

Will it reopen sometime soon?

I had spoken with the owners of the gas station as they were winding down their business. It seems Arco told them to shut down, since they had another Arco on Middlefield & San Antonio and they did not want the two gas stations to compete. I really wish they open another gas station there.
