"Life Of Pi" is no exception and is a very interesting and entertaining movie.
I saw this Thanksgiving day at Palo Alto Square. I wanted to see the 2D version but that version was an hour later so we donned our 3D glasses and entered the theater. For me the 3D has gotten to me before and I get a headache after about an hour of watching. It was like watching through those Viewmaster 3D binocular things they used to sell, it just does not seem natural, but at times it did seem to fit or add to the movie.
The message of the movie to me was to think about the distorted way we look at the world and how that is never missing, summed up in Pi's father's demonstration with the tiger. I wonder what others have to say about this fascinating movie?
