What a bunch of greedy, dishonest people taking advantage of this error! I would have reported to the station manager immediately. People...

What are they doing with the Shell gas station on Embarcadero Rdd./101? Is it closing or being remodeled? A shame if it's closing - couldn't be for lack of business.
