Any motorcycle officer knows that a motorcycle can not out-maneuver a car (if it was a car). They should know that they are endangering the public as well as the person they are chasing when they insist on these high speed chases. This time it was the police officer.

Why aren't these chases illegal?

He got what he deserved for putting the public in danger. I agree and think these types of high speed chases should be illegal especially knowing they wont be able to keep up. Also knowing there is traffic around these hours.
