This fits the description of the thief who stole my wallet out of my purse while I was eating at Siam Royal 2 weeks ago, then went on a several thousand dollar shopping spree at Target & Walmart. Note: She was able to use my credit cards despite my picture being on 2 of the cards, and despite her large purchases. NOTHING can prevent a thief from using your credit cards - not a picture on the card, not a note for the cashier to check ID - if the cashier doesn't even look at the card, and it seems that increasingly cashiers are not being required to do so!
