That's right James - Hurricane Sandy was clearly the fault of those who lived in the areas where it struck. You sound just like Romney:

Hahaha! I would like to see the local governments or the private sector deal with the humongous fallout from Hurricane Sandy. Good luck! Some disasters are too humongous for smaller entities to handle

James offers nothing but right wing Beckian speech -- factless drivel with zero truth, just rhetoric. All he knows about FEMA is what he saw the Bush/Cheney team do with Katrina "Heck of a job, Brownie!"

In the meantime, Romney wants to eliminate FEMA. When caught with his pants down by this superstorm Sandy, he ran away and hid like a baby when asked about FEMA. A sample of questions he REFUSED TO ANSWER:

"Gov are you going to eliminate FEMA?" a print pooler shouted, receiving no response.

"Are you going to eliminate FEMA?"

"Has Chris Christie invited you to come survey storm damage?" (We all know Chris Christie is now too busy cuddling up to the President to even remember he was once for the flip flopper.)

Chris Christie LOVES BARACK OBAMA right now. Barack Obama has outlined his plans for FEMA: "President Obama has proposed cuts to the Federal Emergency Management Agency for 2013 that would reduce overall funding by about 3 percent, with $1 billion trimmed from the Disaster Relief Fund ***but more money given to state and local programs.***"

Obama is the MAN with a plan. Romney just flip flops all over the place like a Sandy lost fish left up on the dock.

Why would any American trust a candidate, especially one of multiple positions, who will not answer the most basic questions?

The irony is that if there was ever a state that functioned as the experimental testbed of these Republican "bad-faith" based initiatives, without the other states to bail it out or help it ( most of the whining red-states already are net consumers of tax-dollars ) - that red state would have failed miserably and been left to wallow in it or beg for help - ending the fantasy that .

And as far as some disasters being too big for small entities to handle the Republicans with their never-ending tax cuts have created a disaster that may just prove too big for even the government to handle.

How on Earth can Republicans maintain such endurance in self-delusion?
