Palo Alto Utilities at top of customer satisfaction survey

Heard about this on the radio yesterday. Web Link I was very surprised at this. What do others think?

I believe it. When I first moved here, my water heater had a minor gas leak, and I called the. Within ten minutes, they were at my front door.

We all complain about our utility bills, but if you have seen any PGandE statements lately, you would see that we in PA pay less for gas, electricity, water, and garbage that PGandE users pay for gas and electricity alone!
