We were returning home after the Stanford-USC volleyball game and had to detour since the intersection was closed to southbound traffic. One vehicle was on its side in the intersection. Another had front damage and was facing southbound. It looked as if there were some injuries. We were trying to figure out how an accident could happen in an intersection controlled by a traffic signal unless someone ran a red light.

I checked the police report log, but nothing has been filed about this as of today. One would think that there would be something filed about an injury accident!

Tonight there is a listing in the Police Report Log about a minor injury traffic accident at 10:39 pm Wednesday. It says it occurred on Alma, but gives no cross street or information about where on Alma. Could this be the accident in question?

Yes, we live in the apartments on the corner of Alma and Meadow. A woman hit another car with a driver and passenger. The man and woman in the car hit suffered injuries but were released from the hospital that night and the 2 days later respectively.
