Local Dog Kennel Suggestions
Around Town, posted by Resident, a resident of the Crescent Park neighborhood, on Aug 8, 2007 at 7:45 pm

Does anyone have a suggestion for a local dog kennel that they have used and could recommend? I have a small dog (15 pounds) and am looking for a spot that will take very good care of her.

I've been pretty happy with the kennel at PetSmart in Mountain View. I like that they have pretty broad pick up/drop off hours. It seems super-clean, and the staff is really friendly.

Another kennel is Robalee - also in MV. That one is OK - not necessarily my first choice. They have very limited pick up times, so you'd probably end up paying extra.

Have you considered a pet sitter? There are some good ones around, and then you don't have to use the kennel.
