Man uses son's bike to chase suspected burglar

A man used his son's bike to chase down a suspected burglar Monday evening after the man and his family returned to their home in the 300 block of Kingsley Avenue to discover it had been recently burglarized, Palo Alto police said.

Awesome handling of the situation by the homeowner. Great that they found all of their missing stuff, too!

Thank heaven that for once, the youth of this town can see that crime does not pay. Too often the headlines indicate that it does pay, and pay quite well.

Sheesh, prevent all the crime drama by getting a dog. You'll have vet bills but won't have to deal w/these types of mental midgets masquerading as sly criminals.
