Black and White Ball - Very Loud

I'm two blocks away from the Black and White Ball right now and my kids can't sleep because of how loud the music is.

Is this allowed? Is anyone else affected by this noise? It's insanely loud.

Pretty sure that was the concert at Shoreline. The atmosphere was just right to amplify it hugely. Loudest I've ever heard.

it was the Black and White ball. I walked the two blocks to make sure it was the same music.
