Moldaw Residences hosts senior roundtable event
Around Town, posted by Lauren Witt, a resident of the Charleston Gardens neighborhood, on Aug 30, 2012 at 9:54 am

Moldaw Residences recently hosted the Santa Clara County Senior Roundtable breakfast which attracted 85 people from the senior living industry. The event gave Moldaw Residences the chance to spotlight the new senior living option in Palo Alto. Participants went on a tour of the community, which is located adjacent to the Oshman Family Jewish Community Center, and listened to an informative presentation about how to reduce the risk of stroke from Nancy Houston Miller, associate director of the Stanford Cardiac Rehabilitation Program.

We were thrilled to have top-notch professionals from the senior living industry visit our multi-generational senior living community, said Adam Lubow, director of sales and marketing, Moldaw Residences. We enjoyed having everyone on campus. The event provided a fantastic networking opportunity, and it gave everyone the chance to learn more about stroke prevention.

This is the second year for Moldaw Residences to host the Santa Clara County Senior Roundtable. Professionals from the insurance industry, real estate, other continuing care retirement communities, nursing care companies, and senior-related industries attended the event. All of the guests had a chance to introduce themselves and talk about their industry expertise.

We look forward to hosting this event again next year, said Lubow. The roundtable is a nice way to get our industry together to share ideas, and focus on providing the best care to our residents.
