Illegals? How do we know?

Criminal history?

VOter registration?

DMW?

Plaintiff/defendant index?

Credit report?

rap sheet?

Neighbor interviews????

DO they have some of YOUR stuff that was stolen?

Cities they operate in?

What is their livelihood? "STEAL" ??????

Could paper routinely do a back ground check, internet search, interviews or local high schools or Merlin or Lexis search on each perp?

PROTECT US !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Could they be responsible for the string of burglaries along the 280 corridor? A description of the car they used would be helpful as well as what links they had to the community. How did they know the occupants were away? Were they workers or friends of workers?

I think what is missing here is a big thank you and job well done to the police officers involved!

The police let them GO? They no doubt WENT - they're outta here!!!! Would the police please explain this one. And from where did they get the bail money? Somebody's credit card? This makes NO sense.

The article says the arrests were made in July. Why has it taken until late August to get this info published?

She's OR'd. He's where?

When's the trial?

Sometimes all you can do is shake your head.

The police didn't let them go. The court, as is standard, ordered bail for them, they met the bail criteria & bailed out. They're not violent offenders, the jails are full - what do you folks expect?

Either they'll participate in the adjudication procedures or they'll be in the wind. If the latter, the bail money may be forfeited.

Ah ... what about the credit card company, and the rental car company? They had a part in this that could not be achieved by the police alone.

Future customers will reimburse the credit card company and the rental car company for the losses. What happens to the bail money?
