Simitian endorses Jerry Hill for state Senate

California Sen. Joe Simitian has endorsed state Assemblyman Jerry Hill for the new 13th State Senate District seat, Hill's campaign announced Monday.

Jerry Hill ?? - The very same guy who just voted to spend(waste) money on High Speed Rail?

How could we possibly vote for this?

HOW about the waste of prop 13 and all the old white loud mouths waiting for more Medicare

I think the endorsement shows why 'one issue does not make for an endorsement'. Obviously the two voted differently on the high speed rail bond appropriation. Joe looked at the records of the both candidates to replace him in the senate and chose accordingly. Of course, single-issue voters need not be so thorough....
