Traffic on El Camino
Around Town, posted by Sara Garcia, a resident of Los Altos, on Jul 26, 2007 at 2:40 pm

I have been driving on El Camino this week during lunch hour and it's been a nightmare - especially on the corner of El Camino and Embarcadero. The right lane seems to be blocked off for no reason at all. Every time I drive by it at lunch, the lane is blocked with no signs on construction. When will this end???

I was about to post a notice about this traffic mess. They are repairing the sidewalk at Town and Country and close off one lane going northerly.

When I went by there many weeks ago the same situation existed~!

The light at Embarkadero seems to be on for only about 10 seconds~!

Traffic backs for possibly miles to the south

ADVOID EL CAMINO GOING NORTH!!!

I guess the state controls the lights on ElCamino and closing down lanes.
