Attorney convicted in 2010 police bribery case

Richard Chae, the Palo Alto attorney who was charged with trying to bribe his way out of a drunken driving arrest in 2010, was convicted of felony bribery during a retrial Thursday.

The status of this case is poorly reported.

1/ does he have 3 duis in the last 10 years?

2/ is his conviction for bribery a felony?

3/ will he lose his law license for any of the above crimes?

4/ does he practice in Palo Alto-if so where?
