So, first someone called in the sound of gunfire, then after Police checked the area and found nothing, someone called in the body 2 hrs later. Now, police want the publics help with information. What's the point? Police aren't doing the job, the Public is.

No, Raymond, the ShotSpotter system alerted the police as to the location of the gunfire. The cops came out, didn't find anyone shot & left. They then received a report of someone shot, in that same area, came back & found the body. Either they're lying, or they're really lame & didn't see the corpse, or the guy was moved/left the scene & then his body dumped. Any other scenario that could fit this puzzle?

Live down the street. Apparently the guy that was shot was one of those people wearing 'red'. So, likely gang related. He was shot and apparently dove over someones fence to escape.
I think when the police showed up they didn't see anything because he was behind the fence/wall

This is why our children can't be friends with Tinsley students, as nice as some of them are. I don't want to drive to EPA and pay with my life.
You are so Ridiculous with this comment. These criminal acts are not ramdom. If your child is going to dress like a Criminal and try to be like a criminal and head out to a bad area then this might happen. Even in your Nice neighborhood walking your dog, Random acts of violence happen and your kids could be killed for their cell phones.
