The Military has lots of experience in dealing with " the teen brain"

as lives depend upon the right approach which involves

Lots of exercise

Clear rules

Accountability

Clear consequences

Personal and group challenges to build cohesion, personal honor, resilience and self discipline

Teens also needs lots of sleep and "a lights out" on school nights of 10 pm.

Great essay! It is both informative scientifically, and persuasive in promoting healthy habits. Keep Was this student in 6th, 7th or 8th when they wrote this piece?
Whatever your age, keep up the good work!
