Does anyone realize this is Stanford Graduation Day? Seems like having a huge attendance of out-of-towners at Stanford could cause a major traffic snaffu as they won't expect University Avenue to be closed and will probably want to head down town to shop/dine?

Not sure what yahoo's decided to close down University Ave. when it is Stanford Graduation day and there will be thousands coming in and out of town. Sure glad I don't live on Embarcadero Rd.

Stanford graduation and Father's day? Not great planning. Its traditionally held on June 21st in France - not sure why Palo Alto isn't hosting it on the following weekend instead.

Kind of silly of Stanford to hold graduation on world music day. Didn't they realize university ave would be closed? Poor planning on their part.
