Around Town/Palo Alto Issues

I have no idea if there is supposed to be a difference between these two topics or what they may be. I know I am confused about them and I can see evidence of confusion to others. E.G. at present two separate threads about the VTA bus service, one under Around Town and the other under Palo Alto Issues. I suggest to the editors that these are combined into one Around Palo Alto section.

Good Point. There is also the same confusion with the Promenade threads.

Well, I suppose Palo Alto Issues means Palo Alto Political Issues, and Around Town means casual comments about general events around town but some things tend to blend together as in Downtown Promenade!!! So I always look at both.
