I think most people can agree that Downtown Palo Alto has great foot traffic and a variety of shops and restaurants. We are really fortunate.
Question: What would like to see on University Ave? What kind of store / restaurant?
To make it fun, after a good number of suggestions, we can have a poll. :-)

I think I am like most Palo Altans when I say I would like to see less homeless.
I think a vital Plaza type area in front of City Hall would be nice instead of the heap of junk there at present. How about some seating, a small child play structure, a coffee cart with perhaps a good deli type sandwich shop close by.

How about an internet cafe. A place where we can buy internet time at a reasonable price for say an hour. I am sure that it would free up the libraries a little as I know that some who use the library would gladly pay for their time if there was somewhere to go.
