EPA woman pleads not guilty in DUI fatality

An East Palo Alto woman accused of killing another woman in a drunken driving crash last year has pleaded not guilty to second degree murder, San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe said Wednesday.

There should be no leniency. Clearly a criminal act.

Raymond, I agree. I understand when a young person makes a horrific mistake. This was well beyond that. It was despicable behavior that endangered many & resulted in a gruesomely heartbreaking death. On a pettier note, driving is a privilege, not a right & that knowledge did nothing to stop her.

She deserve to suffer the way our families suffer she had a chance to stop but refused to, she took away my little sister an broke so many hearts all over the world she deserve LIFE TO MAN SLATER!!!!
