I thought she never told anyone about the first incident?

How do they have a record of the description of the perpetrator on the first incident if it was never reported?

It sounds like the descriptions for both incidents were collected at the same time... so of course they would be similar?

That's scary if it is the same guy and took place one year apart. It may not be random.
