Suspicious odor leads to HazMat response

A suspicious chemical odor, a plume of smoke and the sight of a man standing at the back of a pickup truck early Wednesday morning in Menlo Park led a sheriff's deputy to call in firefighters at 2:15 a.m.

Is "Immune Pathology" a real company? I could not find any reference to it. What kind of business do they claim they are in?

If I remember correctly ?

Immune Pathology of Menlo park received a grant from D.A.R.P.A in 2010. I believe it was for research in pathogen dispersion technology.

I don't know about the people in the truck of this story, but whoever wrote this article sounds like they were on meth or something or English is their third or fourth language.
