Police Activity at Louis/Loma Verde Monday 4.15

Definitely something has happened, lots of cars, police cars with lights flashing, sirens, bystanders. Anyone know what's going on?

I drove by it and saw a young woman whom I recognized from around Palo Alto sitting on the curb, crying and possibly handcuffed.

This was about 4:15 PM. 5 or 6 police cruisers and a firetruck.

It was at 4.15 this afternoon. I heard the same information from someone else plus front end damage to a silver VW bug. I hope no one was hurt, a lot of kids are usually around at that time of day.
