Condi Rice to Prime Minister Maliki of Iraq, "You'll all be swinging from lampposts if"

Rice recounted her discussions with Maliki in which she bluntly told him the importance of making progress on national unity and reconciliation. Rice said she had told the prime minister, "Pretty soon, you'll all be swinging from lampposts if you don't hang together."

I am surprised that the editors let Dr. Farragamo's racist slur stand and deletes my correction, which follows -

The correct title is Doctor Rice. Using the diminuitive first name is one of the classic put downs to a black female. Failing to acknowledge her professional title is another.

Please maintain decorum on this site, Doctor.
