Just out of curiosity, do the police run drug tests on these types of criminals at lock-up time? It might help with a root-cause diagnosis of the problem and point to a potential corrective action. Understanding the root of their problem would help in finding a solution, and I can't help but feel that many of these low-level-and-stupid criminals have drug issues as a root of their many problems.

I believe that getting arrested for crimes like this makes them eligable for this type of testing and they cannot claim privacy issues.

The Glass Slip 'er Inn has been the butt of many jokes in Palo Alto and beyond. This doesn't help.

To Palo Alto Police Dept.

Question: when can we claim stolen property

by these bad people. I suspect that I will find

some of my things.

Thank you for catching these idiots. They

should not be able to walk the streets. Good Job!!!
