Occupy the Courts! National Day of Action During a Week of Action...

Original post made by Carol Brouillet, Barron Park, on Jan 18, 2012

Occupy the Dream, Occupy Congress, Occupy Wall Street West, Occupy the Courts, Occupy Your Heart, Occupy Everywhere' Across the country, despite the cold, the police crackdowns, the new year has brought new life to the Occupy Movement. Spurred by the January 20th 2010 horrendous Supreme Court decision granting corporations and the rich the ability to buy elections. Energized by the Arab Spring and those folks in Wisconsin, the Occupy Movement evolved organically, drawing from the experiences of generations of activists, breaking the mainstream press barrier, reigniting a populist movement to challenge corporate power, corruption, the blatant theft of the 'commons' by a collusion of elite forces. Move to Amend has called for a National Day of Action to Occupy the Courts, Friday January 20, 2012.

Before the haters reply....

Let me just say, most of this country hate, yes, truly hate the Citizens United ruling.

Many in this country detest the gross inequity that has taken place in the last couple decades.

The thought of a candidate like Mitt Romney returning us to Bush policies is frightening.

Mitt "I pay 15 percent" Romney, just wants to cut taxes for the wealthy, those with hundreds of millions like himself, just like Bush did.

American Two Party Democracy - the best government/tax system money can buy...................
