Former coach is suspect in Menlo thefts

A former Menlo School assistant coach, who had chased down and captured a suspect in other campus thefts, is now himself the subject of an investigation connecting him to the theft of computers from students at the school, according to the Atherton Police Department.

It is curious that Tayler is a former Menlo College student himself as were the alleged perpetrators.

Could he have been trying to return ipads to their rightful owners?

Don't all Apple consumer electronics have serial numbers indicated on their receipts?
