One killed, one in custody following EPA blaze

One person is burned and in custody in connection with a fire that broke out in East Palo Alto, claiming the life of one woman, according to Menlo Park Fire Chief Harold Schapelhouman.

Yet another fire? Granted this sounds a little different. But, there are definitely more than the normal number of fires in and around Palo Alto lately.
