FYI, Excellent summary of responses to Salman Rushdie becoming Sir Salman Rushdie.

I posted this "around Palo Alto" because we each need to take these reactions very personally if we are to maintain our freedom of speech.

People from nations that allow fatwas against Rushdie should be quarantined.
