Palo Alto Little League baseball is one of those old-fashioned institutions that is, somehow, more vibrant than more modern venues. It just seems to abide in our collective mind, with its beautiful park and eager kids and parents. Go figure. It is a throw-back model of competence, in a sea of city-wide confusion.
