Unless you have more details small news like that is kind of controversial.
walk drunk is against the law only if he had the beer bottle with him, but I guess when the police wants to frame someone they can mess anyone's life. about picking in someone's window, please cover the windows, so nobody can pick into your window. closing the perimeter involves 3 or more police cars, and dogs. The Palo Alto Police may have spent about 20k (Twenty Thousand dollars) in resources. It looks like over reaction. said that I am in favor of the new Police Station on Park Avenue. Police should have their own building. Police should not share the same building with any other agency. Police Office cannot be in the Basement of city Hall that is plain ridiculous Police Station. Even in smaller towns Police has it own building. What is going to take for a city with more than 60 thousand people to have its own police Station?

concernElder-It's going to take a Chief who is not taking on too jobs. It's going to take a Chief who isn't afraid of confrontation and is willing to fight for his people. This isn't the Chief who is going to get you a new police department.
