Heath wins 3,000 NCAA indoor title; Stefanidi second in pole vault

Stanford junior Elliot Heath won the men's 3,000 meters title Saturday at the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships in College Station. Cardinal junior Katerina Stefanidi recorded a second place in the women's pole vault.

Thanks for the story. The Chronicle is so focused on the Giants spring training they seem to have room for nothing else.
