I loved "Devil." When I read the first reviews last night, they said "boring," so that was my cue, along with the PG13 rating, that this wasn't a gory movie. I can't handle gory. (I do admit to closing my eyes for a few moments though. There definitely is violence.) Critics also said there was only one twist. Those must be the same folks who said they couldn't follow "Lady Under The Water" - too complicated. This is no "6th Sense," but it was good - lower budget good. There are characters to care about and it was exciting and scary in a way I could handle. I left the theater feeling great. Taking my husband to see it tomorrow.

Thanks for the clue, Sarah. Gotta admit, me too..I don't watch R movies anymore. The PG13 are the Rs of my youth, and gory/sexual/language enough for me! Tend to have to rely a bit more on story line to get by, as a result, IMO.
